Booking System
- you can assign colours to your students making it easier to see at a glance who is booking
- select date
- select instructor
- select aircraft
- see remaining hours for aircraft
- select frequency
- Will not allow booking after sunset unless on night rating
- will not allow booking if instructor selected is not available or booked with someone else or ratings have expired
- confirmation emails sent out to instructor and student.

Manage Menu
Manage Menu allows system and customisation changes to be made
Update Admin info- Allows the changing of the Admin password
Exams- exams can be added or deleted from the selection list
Lessons - Lessons can be added or deleted from the selection list
Admin settings- change various settings for customisation
Group Email- compose and send group emails
Backup Database- back up your entire database
Report Student field- select the field you wish to include in a Report
Report Log Book- creation of airframe , engine and propellor log book entries
User Menu
User and Instructor can be added and updated.
Student- new students can be added,editted
Exam Results- Entry of exam result for students. I know we have e exams now , however its a good idea to record them here as questions relating to these come up in the CAA Audit.
Student Progress- update of student progress and view breakdown of solo flights
Instructors- add new instructors and record instructor document expiry, another ATO/DTO requirement
Member Info- set the documents and resources for student knowledgbase.This can be files or URLs

Aircraft Daily bookings- a Daily view of all aircraft bookings. Add, delete bookings
Aircraft Booking List- all bookins are listed here- you can filter bookings by student,Instructor, date range. can send list to student and instructor
Multi Bookings- add longer date range bookings
Aircraft service Details- add aircraft service details

User Flight -List student/user flights, print or view
Student Performance-list,view,print student performace
Student Flight- enter details of flight, create invoice
Invoice- view,print invoice
Student Invoice Balances-enter payments to flights and see remaining balance allows tracking of on account payments
Tech Log- view and print tech log
Maintenance History- view and print any date range journey logs and associated defects
Trial Flights- list of all trail flights
Rental Flight Details- view any rental flights and verify before invoicing
Occurrence Report- Occurrence report view , add or print
Student Flight Report- view user defined report which has the fields set in the Manage menu
