You can allow instructors to make all the bookings, the choice is yours. All bookings will have reminders sent  24 hours prior to admin,student and instructor. Bookings cannot be made beyond sunset unless training for  a night rating. Instructor cannot be selected if document has expired or if Instructor has been already booked for the slot.

There are reminders for document expiry for instructors and students.

Once the flight is completed the instructor can add the flight details, create an invoice and print or send it by email to the student.

From the data entered , the  student records get updated , tech log gets updated , hours left before service is updated.

You can create reports based on the details in the data base to show any of the available fields for example , a list of all fuel uploaded for the month, or all the landing fees incurred for the month, or any cmbination of the data 

There are set Lessons created that can be chosen from the dropdown , however you can add or delete or modify these lessons to suit.

Given the widespread adoption of iPhones, iPads, and Android devices, it has become increasingly convenient to access information online.

You can conveniently manage bookings on the go or allow students or members to make bookings independently. Additionally, you can send calendar event files to students or members for them to update their calendars and track their bookings.

After a flight has been completed, you can enter the relevant details into the system, enabling the creation of invoices and updates to technical logs. You can also update student records with flight details and add comments for their training records.

Instructors can easily view the upcoming student lesson schedule and assess the student’s performance in previous lessons.

In addition to this, instructors will receive a list of their upcoming bookings, allowing them to plan their lessons and organise their day effectively.

Invoices can be generated individually for each user or in bulk for all users, on a daily, monthly, or specified date range basis.

Aircraft documents can be uploaded as and when they are issued. Hours before service are calculated from the details entered after each flight and can be viewed at the booking page or at the aircraft details. Here, all of the fleet aircraft are listed with the hours to check shown.

The system is customizable to display your own logo, address details, and various links that can be customised to link back to your own website.

Prices are determined by the number of aircraft you wish to utilise.
